TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Grace & Dignity Home Care Services LLC operates a text messaging program, "Grace & Dignity Client Messaging."
• Opt-in: Clients, prospective clients, and referral contacts opt in by giving verbal consent during a phone call or in-person conversation, after being told what messages they will receive.
• Messages: Appointment and visit confirmations, scheduling updates, follow-ups to service inquiries, and customer support responses.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with client needs, typically 2–4 messages per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (763) 762-4553 Ext. 8005 or info@gracedignityhomecareservices.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.
